Alexander Philyanin
Chief Project Engineer
In 1973, Alexander Philyanin began his working life in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 1993 up to now, he has been appointed to the position of Chief Project Engineer. In 1984 he graduated from the Almaty Architectural Building Institute, specializing in “Construction Engineer” in “Heat and Gas Supply and Ventilation”. During the work he was repeatedly encouraged and has been honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Viktor Kulik
Chief Project Engineer
In 1987, Viktor Kulik began his working life in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 1992 up to now, he has been appointed to the position of Chief Project Engineer. In 1985 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Power Engineering Institute, specializing in “Thermal Power Plants”.
Vladimir Temirzyanov
Chief Project Engineer
In 2008, Vladimir Temirzyanov started his career at “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 2018 up to present, he takes the position of Chief Project Engineer. In 2012 he got a bachelor`s degree of Engineering and Technology, qualification in the specialty “Heat Power Engineering” from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Communication.
Nikolay Chechulin
Chief Project Engineer
Starting from 2012 up to present, Nikolay Chechulin takes the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. He holds a bachelor`s degree on specialty “Architecture” from the Kazakhstan Multidisciplinary Institute “Parassat” (2012).
Vladimir Yevstifeyev

In 2008, Vladimir Yevstifeyev joined “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 2019 up to present, he takes the position of Chief Project Engineer. He holds a bachelor`s degree in “Engineering and Technology” in the specialty “Construction” (2014), and a master’s degree in Engineering, qualification in the specialty “Radio Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunications” from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communication (2020); Academician of International Informatization Academy.
Serik Koshekbayev

Since 2023 up to now, Serik Koshekbayev holds the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. In 2005, he graduated from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communication specializing in “Automation and Informatization in Control Systems” with a degree of “System Engineer”. He has about 10 years of experience working in the sector of energy.
Boris Ivanenko

Since 2022 up to now, Boris Ivanenko has been appointed to the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. He has more than 45 years of experience working in the energy sector. In 1979, he graduated from the Alma-Ata Power Engineering Institute specializing in “Thermal Power Plants and Operation” with a degree of “Heat and Power Engineer”.
Bakhyt Karzhassov

Since 2021 up to present, Bakhyt Karzhassov takes the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC having more 49 years of experience working in the sector of energy. In 1974, he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute specializing in “Heating Energy Engineer”.

He has more than 25 years of experience working in the energy sector.

Since 2022 up to now, Zhassulan Begimbetov joined “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. He holds a bachelor`s degree of Engineering and Technology in the specialty “Heat Power Engineering”; has about 8 years of work experience.
