Mr. Vassilyev has more than 20 years of experience in the institute coming after his graduation from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Communications (speciality “Thermal Power Plants” and “Economy and Management at Energy Enterprise”) in 2006, having worked his way up from Engineer to Chief Project Engineer.

Igor Ruff
Member of the Management Board, Chief Engineer
Mr. Ruff graduated from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications in 2008 with a degree in “Thermal Power Plants.” In 2008, he was hired as an engineer in the Institute’s Thermomechanical Department (TMD). From 2008 to 2026, he worked in the Thermomechanical Department, where he rose through the ranks from engineer to department head. In 2026, he was appointed Chief Engineer of JSC “KazNIPIEnergoProm Institute.”

Mr. Abdullayev qualified as a Mechanical Engineer of Machines and Processes of Pressure Metal Working at the Kazakh National Technical University and is Academician of the International Informatization Academy. Prior to joining “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC, Mr. Abdullayev held senior positions in construction and engineering project management.

Since 2022 up to present, Yerlan Beyssembinov has been holding the position of Managing Director for Legal Support at “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. He has more than 22 years of experience in the corporate sector. 1999 – Kazakh State Law University, Qualification – Lawyer 2002 – Academy of Economics and Law, Qualification – Economist 2020 – Swiss Business School, Qualification - Master of Business Administration (МВА) 2024г. - Graduated from The Institute of Directors, IoD UK International Board Certification Certified Director Degree (CertDir IoD)
