Chief Project Engineer
In 1987, Viktor Kulik began his working life in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 1992 up to now, he has been appointed to the position of Chief Project Engineer. In 1985 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Power Engineering Institute, specializing in “Thermal Power Plants”.
Vladimir Temirzyanov
Chief Project Engineer
In 2008, Vladimir Temirzyanov started his career at “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 2018 up to present, he takes the position of Chief Project Engineer. In 2012 he got a bachelor`s degree of Engineering and Technology, qualification in the specialty “Heat Power Engineering” from the Almaty Institute of Power Engineering and Communication.
Nikolay Chechulin
Chief Project Engineer
Starting from 2012 up to present, Nikolay Chechulin takes the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. He holds a bachelor`s degree on specialty “Architecture” from the Kazakhstan Multidisciplinary Institute “Parassat” (2012).

In 2008, Vladimir Yevstifeyev joined “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. Since 2019 up to present, he takes the position of Chief Project Engineer. He holds a bachelor`s degree in “Engineering and Technology” in the specialty “Construction” (2014), and a master’s degree in Engineering, qualification in the specialty “Radio Engineering, Electronic and Telecommunications” from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communication (2020). Academician of International Informatization Academy.

Since 2023 up to now, Serik Koshekbayev holds the position of Chief Project Engineer in “Institute “KazNIPIEnergoprom” JSC. In 2005, he graduated from the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Communication specializing in “Automation and Informatization in Control Systems” with a degree of “System Engineer”. He has about 10 years of experience working in the sector of energy.
